In our dream school it will be ensured that everybody gets equal chance and opportunity. Our dream school should ensure that our child should not be Homo sapiens instead of human being. School has the responsibility to produce students for the welfare of the nation rather than producing a child of school or parents but a child of the whole global community. In our dream school a child is not merely taught rather educated and made a better person for tomorrow’s nation. In our dream school there would be better teaching environment with the help of teacher student ratio of 1:35 and technical facilities like computerized class rooms, hi-tech labs and libraries. OUR DREAM SCHOOL A SCHOOL Of the students For the students Run by the students With a motto for God and country Our dream school should also be selected as an ideal one because it will have the environment where teachers are respected and has a better social atmosphere. Teachers will be supreme in our school. It will also have the student democracy and parliament which will ensure the representation of students in school. Vocational and commercial training will be given to students so that they can become talented in academics, physically as well as socially. This would also help them to become self dependent and responsible citizen. OUR DREAM SCHOOL will produce those students who will be the sparkling future of the country. AIM- Stress on the fact that no matter, we are creating and producing 2-3 great people our school will produce cent percent responsible and true citizen. 2nd

We believe that our dream school is the one which every individual dreams for because there, our ideas will be given paths, our vision will be categorized, where we will be allowed to create, imagine, think, craft, envision, predict, and contemplate. Our dream school will be the ideal dream school for everyone as – 1. It will consider every section of society. 2. It will have good teachers because they are the mentors who hold the fabric of our school together. 3. It will provide audio and visual lessons to supplement the traditional style of teaching so that the interests of the students are kept alive. 4. It will enable the students to use the technological skills of the computers to create their own web pages, music files and create their own games. 5. The students’ source of information will be e libraries where along with the customary book shelves, there would be computers with internet connection for access to global pool of information. 6. The class room style of teaching will incorporate access to international teachers through video conferencing 7. Sports activities will be given as much importance as academics. 8. Tours and trips to historical places will be organized regularly to ignite cultural awareness and a sense of respect for the heritage of our nation. 9. It will have cafeterias to provide respite to the students where nutritious food will be given at reasonable prices. 10. It will provide health provisions and an ambulance will be there to be used in the case of emergency. 11. It will produce citizens who will be leaders with revolutionary ideas and will ignite the spirit of young Indians towards education. 12. Lastly it will provide education which will inculcate noble virtues like ethics, morality, and humanity and will turn us into dynamic students, enabling us to think big, think fast and think futuristically.

In confrontation between a stream and the rock, the stream always wins not because of strength but because of discipline and perseverance. Since the goal of our dream school is to interpret one dream for every student on this planet. We are going to pen down our vision on our dream school which is an ideal dream school for everyone. In our dream school students will be allowed to do independent researches, paired with professional mentors, library researches and other interesting approaches. Most of the kids will think of a school probably without exams, burden of studies, all school hours to be leisure hours and what not. It is an endless list. But our dream is a bit more realistic and practical. In our dream school there will be unlimited supply of all the necessary items, problems related to construction and maintenance will be immediately solved. The main motto of our dream school is to provide each student a diverse education in a safe, supportive and disciplined environment that promotes self discipline, motivation and excellence in learning. As rightly said by Napoleon Bonaparte –Ability is of little account without opportunity. In my dream school all students will get equal opportunities on the basis of talent. Our dream school will be an ideal dream school because it will satisfy the needs for additional spaces in classrooms for computers, televisions, pull down screens, laminated boards & properly ventilated classrooms. The faculty and staff will be provided with a learning climate to help students to develop skill and attitude of successful citizen in global environment. Facilities like science labs, computer labs, libraries with set of books required by teachers & set of bathrooms for teachers. In our dream school we will like to have all our Indian culture & traditions which have vanished due to westernization. Because a tradition creates belongings & self-esteem which in turn improves learning. It is our mission to enable each child to attain a vision, to develop a personal achievable dream that will light the way of success and joy in life as a productive citizen for a nation and for the human kind. It is our challenge to motivate every child to have respect for themselves, elders, their leaders & respect the core of human value.

Our dream school will be selected because this will be a place where children will get a chance to show their talent. Our dream school will be eco friendly and it will consist of all the things that a child needs to develop his/her mind. School is a place where we go to learn new things. But nowadays students are taught just six subjects but in our school, students will be made to understand importance of moral values, responsibility and they will be encouraged to participate in various competitions so that they can grow completely. And thus they can give back something to their society. We do not think that we should have quality education. By quality education we should always concentrate on the student’s development. In our school there will be special attention on extra curricular activities. There will be extra classes for weak students and free schooling for poor students and scholarship for meritorious students. Every child has the right to study. That is why we think that this will be the favorite of our and yours and the best dream school.

Our dream school LIBERO INTERNATIONAL (LI) gives freedom and liberty to every student. The students are given the right to select their subjects in which they are interested. They ought not to take up the subjects which they do not like rather take up those which lead to open the doors of their career. LIBERO INTERNATIONAL believes that the school is like an alchemist who takes in ordinary metal but yields gold and by gold here we mean responsible citizens of our nation. We strongly support to make the school a place where students come with their own wish. The school (LI) will surely look after the all round development of the students. The main aim of the school will be to bring out the hidden talents of the students. LIBERO INTERNATIONAL gives the students the liberty and freedom to select their subject so that their efforts and labour do not go in vain. We aim for the best library with lots of books in every language. We aim for a truly global Education System i.e. the students will be given special classes in different foreign languages. Ethics and values are very important for the personality of the student thus we will have moral science classes that will strengthen their moral values and make them a better and responsible citizen rather than being a stubborn. The faculty members will not be selected only on their skills but also to their behavior towards the students. There will be experts from all spheres whether singing, dancing or instrumentals. As we know that, illiteracy and corruption is moving at par within our country. Illiteracy is also alarmingly increasing at higher rate. About half the Indian population, are not imparted a better education, even they move from pillar to post in the search of bread and butter. The literacy rate is decreasing. Any school has ever thought about those students? The answer is no, not at all. Now, many of the renowned schools of our country is imparting education, making them academically and mentally prepared. But, has any school ever thought about those toppers of their school? What are they going to do for the society in coming future? After their schooling, they will get a renowned job, but beside themselves, will they think about the social issues and society. The answer is again- no. not at all. So, there should be such school in which above mentioned topics must be emphasized for their all round development. There should be an esteem self – respect in the society. And that should be – “The Dream School”. Besides these, ‘The Dream School’ should emphasize on co – curricular activities such as - Debates, group discussions, elocution, painting, dance and singing classes. The Dream School should have a special carriage for the poor and unfortunates. And in future they must do something to light up the society and make the corruption disappear from the country. The education should not be a burden or cumbersome for them rather it should inculcate curiosity in them. There is a famous quote by Caesar Clares – “The students must have initiative, they should not be a imitator. They should learn to think, act and be care free.” That should be – “The Dream School” – where the search ends.

We have implicated a progressive school which promotes intellectual growth along with academic perfection. We believe that through proper funding and right intentions, these dreams can jump out of our virtual dreams and enter into an appealing reality. Our dream school rather than promoting a feeling of negativity through grades will focus on a feeling of self identity. Positive reinforcement will be a basic asset of education philosophy. The learning environment in our school will be a fascinating self-journey where the motivation to work would come from a feeling of attaining respect of teachers and self identity. The education provided will instill a sense of purpose and will make them ready to face the dueling reality. It will encourage the students to think innovatively and will encourage them to look for new ideas rather than reinvent the same wheel. The children will be assessed through their interaction levels and instead of being burdened with books the subjects will be taught in an effective manner relating these to everyone’s life. It will enable to think about the world in a different perspective rather than just to live in it. We believe that any education system focused on just academic perfection hampers the intelligentsia growth and denies the basic motive of providing education. We believe our dream school has it all for the complete growth and along with life – skills teaching this would prepare the students for the competitions ahead. “Don’t aim for success if you want it. Just love and realize it and it will come true”.

Our dream school will be able to dig out the talents and inculcate in them the feelings of nationality, humanity, and humility. Our dream school will be situated outside the noisy and polluted city, in a large area of 300 acres, and its expenditure and management will be handled as a joint venture of the government and the private sector. Our dream school will have all types of sports complexes with able trainers and workers so that student will develop their quality of sportsmanship. Sports facilities generally lack in Indian schools. Teachers will be paid handsome salaries so that they put their whole effort in teaching and not persuading students for private tuitions. The school will be under complete surveillance to ensure that students don’t bunk classes and do any thing wrong. The school will be a co-education school so that boys and girls can learn to adjust in life. School will have a large library with all kinds of books to inculcate reading habit. It will have hostel facilities. Equal emphasis will be laid on practical as well as theory. The class room will be equipped with the latest technology including audio video aids, and touch screen blackboards for every student. This is why our dream school should be selected.
